I took my 3 children with me, the two 16 year olds were able to go up around on there own but my 12 year old I had to go up and supervise! So be prepared!
45ft up the trees, wobbly at times, some very scary moments for myself, definitely challenging, but totally amazing and glad I finished the course, my youngest son, once up there stopped worrying about it and absolutely loved it, he had no problems whizzing over the courses, my daughter was nervous but completed the whole course ( I didn't think she would, but with such amazing zip wires she couldn't wait to get to the next one). I was totally scared out of my mind but focused on the lady in the other group who was doing the course on her 70th birthday! And I finally stopped shaking once we finished the course 2 and a half hours later!!!!
We had Connor as our instructor, who told us everything we needed to know and our minds felt boggled but once your up at that height in the trees it all kicks in and with the fear you don't forget what you've just been taught. BUT you are alone up there no instructors, yourself, your instructions and a whistle in your harness if you need to call for help, which we didn't. The instructors do walk around at the bottom but I didn't see them that often.
All bridges across to trees were different from hoops, to moving bits of logs/steps, to wires, swings, zip wires, a tunnel to crawl through, sides and no side, it's been very well thought of.
My children absolutely loved it and they all enjoyed there day out.
Highly recommended by us all.
Didn't have enough time to complete the third stage but by this point we were happy with what we had achieved and our legs were slightly jellyfied 🤣 (don't look down if your not good with heights). Had a nice lunch at the café by the car park.
Park could do with more toilets and facilities by the tree top area.
Staff were experienced and available in the trees should kids suddenly freak and not have the courage to carry on, which also reassured me as an adult!
Thank you to all the staff, keep up the good work.
It took us an enjoyable couple of hours to complete the 5 stages, we will be back!!
