Tried every option however could not find a shoe to fit my wide foot

The customer service was absolutely brilliant. We couldn't find what we needed on the hangers, so the assistant went to check the store room, when he still couldn't find the sizing he rand the sister shop to enquire, fortunately they had the product and the sizing and held it for us until we made our way to the store. We found what we were looking for and the right size.
