Quite good stock, friendly staff

Poor quality shop. Changing rooms have boxes of hangers stacked to the ceiling so you have no room to change. Untidy shop floor and lack of air conditioning upstairs on one of the hottest days of the year. Manager was also seen bringing a poor, young staff member to tears. The Mountain Warehouse in Ashford has a much better management system and staff are looked after a lot more.

Absolutely horrific customer service from the store manager - Andy. He should feel ashamed of himself! I didn’t have a mask on due to being exempt and when aggressively approached by him I said I didn’t have a mask and he was very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. What a disgusting way to act to someone.

I bought a pair of active shoes yesterday afternoon (7 May). The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and Laura was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have Mountain Warehouse so centrally located in Canterbury and a delight to see it has survived lockdown.

Has a great range of clothing, that is ideal for all types of holidays. Such as beach holidays, holidays in the snow etc.. Staff are also very friendly and the clothing has a very good price point.

Supplier of outdoor clothing,large amount of stock with major brands being stocked,from the new type of tops & trousers made of light material that wicks moisture away to even your body temperature, some fabulous bits in the shop worth a look.
