Recently visited the Leek branch of Millets to purchase a new pair of hiking boots and a new pair of gloves. The gentleman who served me appeared to be a new member of staff and had to ask a colleague where things were on a couple of occasions but other than that he was a pleasure to do business with. Friendly and helpful. They have a good range of equipment in store and due to there being a sale on I got a good bargain.

Helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. It is a shame that the company's system doesn't currently allow you to order products to collect in store or to be delivered to your home. In the past month I ordered a product in store but the company then informed me by email that the product wasn't in stock even though the shop system says it is. As a result the company now has stopped every shop from placing orders in store.

Excellent experience here. Staff very helpful, patient and gave good advice. Jenny Tree was the person who served me with her ( red haired) assistant. Very satisfied with the walking shoes . It’s much better to buy from a store as you can check fitting etc

Great staff, I called the store to enquire on a specific product, they had 2 in stock , put 1 to oneside , Travelled over 20 miles, first cass ,and competitively priced
