Trespass

Bought a pair of walking boots from here lasted a month longer than the staff who severed me with them . They are only two months old. Don't buy any boots from here they are gash.

Nice stock, great staff, annoying that as soon as you buy anything you get a 20 percent off voucher so it makes it feel a bit sour knowing you've just paid full price!

Good selection of stock and worth dropping by. Some products can be quite expensive though.

Tracey who works at Trespass in Newport, had been extremely helpful with sorting my return and getting my exchange for a pair of male wellies.
She is helpful and polite.
I ordered two items and she was helpful to contact me when my other order came in.

One point to note about ordering on Trespass website, they show sizes in European sizes and the size guide does not show you UK equivilent, so best to check a conversion chart to get the right size.

Saying that the exhange and refund done in store was hassle free.
