Mountain Warehouse

Went in today to buy a back pack. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere in the shop. I went here because of the bad reviews at “gooutdoors” and I’m very pleased I did listen and went to mountain warehouse. Will definitely be going back again for more stuff.

Mind this place as they use fake emails, even the upper management know about it and won't do anything about it!!!

We had a good in-store experience. But having them ordered something online we had an even better customer service experience.
I ordered some snow boots & they arrived quicker than expected. However it turns out the wrong size boots had been put into the box so I received a size 6 instead of a size 7. I filled in the online form for contacting customer service on Friday evening to explain the issue and asked what was the quickest way to resolve the issue. I had a reply later that evening which apologized for the confusion and told me they had dispatched a new pair of boots with express delivery. The correct boots arrived on Sunday and I couldn't be happier with them. Overall I've been really impressed with the speed of response and of the quality of the boots and the customer service!
