Bought one of their table and lounge sofa set through a retailer. Came damaged with the hydrolic adjustable table not working at all. Instead of exchanging as I requested, they have been emailing back and forth (very slowly, we're taking an email a day) to try and get me to take the table apart and rebuild the hydrolic part with a new cable they will send me. I have said I'm not happy doing this and they are still emailing back and forth. It's now over a week later and I still don't have a resolution.

We bought a Morston 2/4 seat dining set in 2018. Last year the rattan began to split and break up, which was three years later. Our set is in a sheltered place and covered in the winter. We are extremely disappointed in this product. The guarantee is only for a year and the company have not been helpful or been able to suggest how to get it repaired. We feel this is very poor quality and disappointing not being able to get any help from the company.

As with similar reviews here and on trust pilot - I found the customer service department to be condescending, argumentative and unhelpful. It’s hard to fathom why companies employ people for “customer service” roles who are clearly unsuitable. It’s not what is necessarily said - it’s the “how it is said” that makes all the difference.

Great customer service from Jo at Norfolk Leisure after the outdoor cover I purchased for my LIFE corner sofa ripped a year after purchase. Jo was extemely polite and friendly and arranged a no quibble replacement but advised the cover wouldn't be in stock until mid to late August. However it turned up during the first week of August, just two weeks later. Would highly recommend both the service and huge range of products at Norfolk Leisure.

Had a very prompt, positive, informative and reassuring interaction with this company after buying some of its products. Just what Customer Service should be, but is sadly so often not.

Thank you Jo. Fantastic customer service when I needed to replace a table top which had bleached. Jo gave some great advice to try and resolve the issue and when the issue wasn't sorted a replacement was soon on order. Jo you are a credit to the team and Norfolk Leisure.
