Cannot recommend Fancy Fresher enough. I had troubles with my order (through fault of my own) and they couldn't do enough for me to put it right. Sign of a good company IMO. Staff were friendly and approachable and the gear I ordered was top draw. Wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again

I bought from here a little while ago and thought the service was exceptional. From the value of the items to the efficiency of their speedy delivery, everything was top notch. It even came with a note from the Managing Director. Great personal service. Could not recommend more!

Got a few outfits from here for a stag recently. Couldn’t stay in to wait for postman so used the click and collect. Fantastic friendly staff. Outfits were great (despite one being less than flattering). Will be back for Halloween without a doubt

Dreadful. Ordered a costume for World Book Day & got a notification that the item had been dispatched, only to get a message two days before WBD to say they had cancelled my order with no reason given. Would not recommend and will not be buying from them in future. Beware!

The shop has had a refresh since the last time I came and there is lots to choose from, prices are ok and the stock is organised very well some of the boxes are damaged but the prices reflect this as it’s an outlet. They have a lot of fancy dress which is what I went for, got a good deal will be back.

Bizarre! I ordered a swimsuit and was told it had shipped. Then on the day it had apparently left they sent a garbled email to say it had been returned undelivered by “the courier” (Royal Mail) because the package had been damaged and the product was “water damaged”. It’s a swimsuit, so quite how that can be water damaged I have no idea-I’d understand if it was book or kindle, but swimsuits are meant to get wet, surely? It was clearly a lie because it was sent too soon for the Royal Mail to have attempted delivery and return it. They must not have had the product in stock, but I would much rather they own up to that rather than feeling the need to make such a weird excuse. Wouldn’t trust again.
