What a very helpful company. 1st point of contact,Cora,very helpful and understands the companies products and Sally who was most concerned that our small order went through correctly when we had a minor problem. Through to Glyn in the warehouse who in most companies get no praise,but he is a helpful guy and good representative. Wish all companies we dealt were like this.

Great service. We turned up wanting bubble wrap, unfortunately it was on line only, but the lady was very helpful. Said we could order on line and they would bring it out to the car. Fabulous service.

I've used KB packaging for many years for my business needs and only had a handful of issues with delays or items missed. However so far in 2022 every order i have placed has had some issue. I understand issues happen and its how you solve them but this has been really poor too. I ordered some printed tape which i was told would take 3 weeks. 6 weeks later i called to be told they had no order for me at all. miraculously the same day my tape turned up, It had clearly been forgotten about. I order numerous items which usually come next day but 3 working days later i hadn't received it, again I called and was told they have no order for me, then they found my order and they couldn't understand why it hadn't been sent out. I can! it was forgotten about again. On my last order i order a few items, one didn't turn up so I called and was told it was an error and would be delivered on Friday 27th May. I called today (Tuesday 31st May) and was told they have none in stock and it would be another week. Why was I lied too? and more importantly for a business owner why was I not told on Friday there was an issue and it would be a week??!! something has clearly gone wrong within the company because they used to be great.

This is just a few examples of issues with orders so far this year. I could go on. I am not awaiting a refund on an item due to their poor service

Shocking customer service, came to collect some stock, no one interested, waited over 20 mins! Would not recommend and will certainly not be using this company again!

Unorganised n a total mess, no support from so called management and rats all over the place, which apparently is acceptable

Used KB Packaging for over 10 years for all my company's packaging requirements. Good value and always friendly and helpful service. Never needed to go elsewhere.
