I have been seen by Mr Kufakwaro and his team for pain relief strategies and cannot rate them high enough!
They have assessed my needs systematically and professionally. They have been thorough and approachable throughout.
Strategies offered have been appropriate and effective towards my needs.
Follow up care has been timely and efficient

I ended up waiting (1 hr) for no reason, had to prompt receptionist. The letter I have received from him has just confirmed he didn't & wasn't listening to me. He missed out medical information, Conn's syndrome is quite serious. I told him I am allergic to ibuprofen & am on codeine. He has stated to my GP I am on ibuprofen. These are worrying signs, lack of attention to detail & left feeling like I wasn't taken seriously. It was just a case of here you go some new meds to try. I checked on BNF, the common side affects are worse than the pain.
