I had to take some paint back as the colour didn't match the tester or colour in the brochures. Unfortunately my painter had painted three rooms by the time I came home from work and discovered the problem. The manager Rachel and Rob were so helpful. They took time to sort the problem, changed the paint and arranged free delivery the following morning of the replacement paint. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you.

There's a Welsh dude working here who would perhaps be better as their international ambassador. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - gave me painting tips, checked I had the right brushes, showed me the finish you'd get on the paint. All round as good a time as one can have buying paint.

Great place, very helpful staff, competitive pricing. Took a tin of paint in from another manufacturer (now discontinued) and they were able to match it. Their tech cam also match it by a painted sample. To do this paint two coats on a flat surface on the surface of clean wood. See their website for other surfaces you can use. 👍

Wait to say, they stock all the delux paints and there staff are quite knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the trip fir sure. 👌
