Classic case of loyalty counting for nothing
On ordering some paint was told "not available till tomorrow " how interesting a paint shop with no base paint =no paint
They then sent offensive/personnel emails( Swindon branch)

What I know about decorating could be written on a stamp so I found the manager's patience and knowledge, extremely helpful. Products seem great and reasonably priced.

Have been happily using Johnstone's in Worcester for years,and not been disappointed by your Cheltenham branch.The service provided by Craig was superb. Great advice, nothing too much to ask (even my sometimes dumb questions). Spread the word: a great service ethos and great products.

Customer service is exceptional. Lee could not do enough to help and I cannot be more thankful for his help and patience in these trying times ( Covid 19).

I ordered paint yesterday to collect today. A very miserable guy served today after ignoring me on several occasions. He couldn't have been less interested and wanted cash only as the card machine wasn't working. Shame I wasn't told this yesterday as I do not carry physical cards or cash as it's 2022. No solution or help offered so I will now get my paint from someone else who is bothered.
