Excellent team with an unsurpassed knowledge on colour, style, and design. Very friendly and always willing to help private and commercial clients. Thoroughly recommended.

Being an interior designer Farrow & Ball is my favourite paint company so I will always love visiting their stores. This store in particular is perched on the corner of Market Street. Although the shop is small it still houses the entire collection with attentive and passionate staff to help and advise. What else would you expect from Farrow & Ball?

Fantastic experience and an outstanding array of colours and wallpapers. Very impressed with the teams helpful disposition and patience as I pain stakingly deliberated on contrasting and complementary wallpaper combinations. The newest collection is out and it has not disappointed.

I could just stay there forever, looking at the beautiful colours! My kids were a nightmare while I was trying to get a new paint for my front door and the lovely ladies were so kind and understanding! I feel like they deserve lots and lots of stars !

Lovely shop. Well designed and merchandised. Both advisers were friendly and helpful and Covid safety measures were in place.

Had a colour consultation with Carolyn Stevens from St Albans showroom at the weekend and it was brilliant. We went through all the rooms that I want to decorate and put together a colour scheme for the individual rooms that are all part of an overall scheme and the look that I wanted but didn't know how to create. Hell would freeze over before I could even start to do this on my own - even using mood boards and paint charts. Its not the colours themselves that are most important but how they all go together and where you put them all. now excited to get going instead of anxious about another decorating fiasco.

Very knowledgeable assistant. Helped us with deciding a colour. Shop is small though so a bit of a wait to get in during social distancing. Looked like the shop was very popular!
