Johnstone's Decorating Centre

Friendly and helpful staff mixed paint for me promptly while I waited and made appropriate recommendations. Not the cheapest store from my experience, but that might be because prices aren't on the shelf and I'm not a trade customer.

Recently set my own decorating business and the staff have been brilliant and supportive with any questions and with advice on the correct products to use and how to get the best results from them. The staff really go the extra mile to make visiting Johnston's a pleasant experience. i will only use Johnston's Redditch as all the staff are very professional and look after there customers 100%. 10/10 5 *****

Brilliant customer service received today at Johnstones. Emily was polite & helped me to find the perfect wood stain for my furniture renovation project. I will definitely be visiting again when starting my next project.
