Crown Decorating Centre - Watford

I visited the Watford store recently and have to recommend this store highly, it’s not often I write reviews but the service I received was at such a high level I thought it deserved acknowledgment. I have become a regular at this store and have found myself purchasing from this shop rather than the other decorating centre competitor next door. I was served by Mo, his product knowledge and overall customer focused service was excellent! I was highly impressed. The store manager/ Manageress should also be highly praised, this really is an amazing store packed with every conceivable product. I will no doubt be visiting again.

I went to the crown paint shop in Watford today and was welcomed instantly by Dagmara. She was extremely helpful also very knowledgeable about the paints. And The gentleman who also works at the shop (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was very helpful. He helped us carry the products we bought to the car. All in all, defined recommend it

Just had my first experience visiting the store. Customer service was amazing! The staff were more than happy to answer our questions and explain detailings to us. Will defintely be going back in the future :)

I went in store to the Watford Branch @ UNIT 9, Finway Court, Whippendell Rd, Watford WD18 7EN and the service was impeccable and staff were very polite, would use them over Dulux any day

Fantastic customer service from Mo. He took time to help and advise us as we weren’t exactly sure what we needed but Mo had a deep knowledge about all the products and was able to point us in the right direction. We can’t thank him enough for his time and expertise. We won’t be getting our paint from anywhere else in the future. Thanks again Mo! 👍🏽

Dagmara was extremely helpful. I came in with a lot of questions and she was able to direct me to exactly what I needed and actually help me safe money which I wasn’t expecting
