Crown Decorating Centre - Swansea

Took my mother to Crown for her upcoming HLS make over.

Teresa was an absolute diamond. Patient beyond belief and more than happy to help and impart her knowledge (on both of us) some tester pots were made up and my mother has said from now on she will not go anywhere else.

What a fantastic high level of customer service, a credit to the store and Crown.

The staff here honestly are so helpful. They absolutely love their job and just can’t do enough for their customers.

went here on suggestion from my son to buy tile paint .what a service .amazing and such funny banter .will shop here for paint every time i need it ..and he gave me nhs discount .. thank you .

Absolutely appalling customer service, apparent store manager Tony should be ashamed of his behaviour towards myself. As a director of a business myself, I am very concerned.

Walked in to store to see some paint charts which were through a paint pack, he treated me like I was scum, told me I couldn’t purchase paint even though I said I was paying myself and not through the pack, even took a member of staff behind the screen to talk about me? Why? Because I was a housing association Tennant.

He was clearly over worked and stressed however totally disregarded what I had said. Embarrassed his own staff with his behaviour and did not even attempt to apologise to me. Discrimination at its finest!

Never received such poor customer service.
