I used this company to buy some new insulation for my property and they were extremely helpful. They managed to get it delivered exactly on the day I requested and I live in the Midlands not Wales. Hopefully I will order some more insulation soon once I've installed the insulation I currently have.

Great company, have ordered a few times for delivery to Abbeycwmhir and they are one of the fastest to ship that I've come across. The delivery company they use has always been courteous, more so than companies I use that are local to myself and have their own drivers.

Their products are great, I've ordered everything from insulation to plaster and paint, there's some overlap with Ty-Mawr and Mike Wye, both also great companies, but I've found myself coming back to CS, and if they stock a product that is on other sites then at the moment I'm finding myself checking CS first.

If anything I could suggest, maybe stock trugs, mud pans and eye wear, which at a glance I couldn't find so had to shop elsewhere.

Great service. Ordered 2 fairly expensive pots of masonry paint which arrived very promptly. But 1 of them had come open during transit and quite a lot of the paint had spilled into the plastic bag which thankfully had been wrapped around as a precautionary measure.
Rang Celtic Sustainables who were very helpful and immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. Excellent customer service!

What a lovely company. I ordered insulation which needed to be returned. This was organised really easily with a small charge. When I then needed to buy it again Sara was kind enough to discount my carriage costs. Very helpful service, would highly recommend.

Great product. Ibsulated my oak-framed garage walls and ceilings - easy to use product and very effective insulation and sound deadening.

We have used the insulation made from recycled bottles to line our campervan. It's perfect for the job, easy and pleasant to handle. Although some new plastic has been unavoidable, we're determined to keep it to a minimum so delighted to have found this product. Ordering and delivery simple and prompt.

They looked like they had some real nice things there, but couldn't get to see anyone about paints that I needed, as they appeared to be so under staffed, I couldn't wait any longer. I will give two stars out of five for the good quality products, and deals that were available, but time is of the essence if you are a trades person with no time to waste.

I telephoned Celtic Sustainables with a question about the "breathability" of the primer. The lady who answered could not have been more helpful. I am only sorry I didn't catch her name. She found me the answer and was absolutely delightful. I ended up just buying the Earthborn clay paint, whihc was much cheaper than buying it direct from the manufacturer. Assuming my paint arrives in time, I would have no hesitation in recommending Celtic Sustainables to anyone. Also, thank you so much to the lady on the other end of the phone.
