M and O services

Delighted with the level of service and price from M&O services. It was first time we'd used this company, and we are very happy with the end result. Before and after photos attached!

Tom and Frank arrived on time and kept us fully informed when they couldn't work due to the very variable weather. They both worked hard, clearing up each day and have made our lovely old house look fabulous once again!

We would highly recommend M&O services and have done so already to friends and neighbours who asked for their details!

We are really pleased with the services Tom (and his team) has provided from advising on paint, colours to execution. He has been very upfront and always on time, with good communication throughout the process. He has lots of knowledge, experience and good sense of humour! His great attention to detail has resulted in a spotlessn finish. The woodwork was not in a good condition but they worked really hard to bring the max out of it. They left the house very tidy.

Tom of M and O Services did an excellent job of painting walls and ceilings for us in good time and with a neat professional finish. He was a pleasure to deal with, unfailingly courteous and friendly, responsive, reliable and tidy, and offered useful advice for decorating elsewhere in the house. We have know Tom since January 2017, during which time he has contributed to our house maintenance, including cleaning and re-plastering ceilings, wallpapering and painting.

Over the years he has advised us on and purchased the best products and paint to use and provided exceptional results.

He is punctual and hard working and by making sure that all fittings and furnishings are protected with sheeting during the redecoration, his work has been immaculate, leaving no sign on completion other than a refreshed and unrecognisable room.

The results have proved to be durable and all for an economical and affordable cost.

We employed Tom to decorate our living room including ceiling, coving, woodwork, emulsion to walls and shelves and wallpapering.
We definitely would not recommend him for any of these tasks. His work is very poor and we are thoroughly dissatisfied with the mess he has left us in.
He has painted over cupboard doors leaving us unable to open them. The wallpapering is appalling. Joints are clearly visible from a distance and the wallpaper is damaged with scratches which he claims were on the paper before he applied it so one has to ask the question, why did he carry on and apply it? There are also paint splashes on the wallpaper and places where the paper doesn't even touch the wall!
We are now faced with redoing the wallpaper and re-painting the woodwork. He was very rude when we pointed out the defects and has even said to us that we got a good price for the job and if we had wanted a better job done, we should have found a decorator who would have charged us a lot more!

We are really pleased with the work Tom and his colleague did which was to a high standard. They were punctual, polite and hard working even staying till 10pm to finish. Would highly recommend.
