Ashley and team have worked on several projects in our house over the years; they've done the exterior, the kitchen (including the units), the porch and now the hallways. They also fitted solid wooden floors to our hallway. They are really great to have around, trustworthy, reliable thorough and also offer great advice. Highly recommended.

The team decorated three floors hall-stairs-landing of our house, and fitted a dado rail throughout.

Ashley runs the Southsea Decorating Company. A small outfit with a skilled, pleasant and friendly team who take great care that they are providing the service required, and explain exactly what is being done and why. They were very responsive to any requests for changes or additions and I was pleased to see the time and trouble taken to ensure that preparation work was completed properly before the actual painting began. The term "professional" appears frequently in these reviews and it certainly sums up the approach taken by Ashley and his team. I was very pleased with the result of their work and their politeness and care shown while they were with us: nice prople to have around. There were a couple of (very) minor points at the end, but these were quickly and readily rectified by Ashley. I would certainly recommend them and would be pleased to use them again for any future projects.

Ive had The Southsea Decorating Company round to do two jobs and on both occasions he has been a pleasure to deal with. He has repainted two bedrooms, including redecorating the interior of the sash windows, and built some great bookshelves into an awkward nook. He is always happy to help with odd jobs as well and he offers really helpful practical solutions.
