Horrendous, stay away. Came to do simple remedial work and left the house in a worse state than when they found it.
Director Paul instructing members of staff to just 'slap primer over gloss and repaint' rather than rub down thoroughly and do the job properly. Painter tells me this before saying he's doing me a favour in sanding back first - seemed genuine.
Yet in liasing with the him via email Paul plays the Mr. nice - do anything to keep you happy approach. Not genuine.
Staff member discussing 'day rates of £120' with customer and how staff can just say no to travelling to director - how unprofessional? Clearly the troops on the ground have no respect for the heirachy.
How anyone can feel comfortable coming into someones home and doing some simple touching in and leave so many runs is beyond me.
I am now having to sort my own decorator out to correct their work and claim back from them. Guess what - they only want to pay him 'cash' also.

Pro Dec driver reversed his van into a truck, scratching his own van. He then tried to blame the older truck drivers for his own mistake, causing a scene. Highly unprofessional.
This incident occurred at 8:46am, on 14th of June at A303 B3089 West Knoyle, Warminster BA12 6AQ, United Kingdom.
Dashcam footage shows that truck parked without any issues. The incident was caused by Pro Dec employee. Screenshot attached.

Fantastic service. We had a great experience with Prodec, not only was the work great but the chap was so lovely. He was considerate and clearly an expert in his field. I would recommend!
