Carter and Co did an exceptionally high quality job on a challenging project. Stephen and his team restored and redecorated the exterior sash windows and french doors across two levels on a nineteenth-century Grade II listed building, in an exposed location, following decades of poor care. From the extensive and careful preparation phase, to building up the protective layers, to final glossing and touch ups, every step exceeded expectations. The project was completed on time and on budget, and communication was clear and extensive throughout. Very impressive!

Stephen has just completed the final stage of upgrading the standard of decoration of our whole house. He always goes the extra mile in both preparation and finish. Nothing escapes his attention. Fantastic job. We are delighted. And wholeheartedly recommend his services.

I can highly recommend Carter and Co for there excellent work. Steve is is a perfectionist and does a wonderful job. He found a problem with our walls due to the age of our house but managed to solve the problem. We are extremely pleased with the work Steve carried out and will not hesitate to use him again.

Contacted Carter and CO and mamaged to finally get hold of them. Spoke to Stephen who asked me to send a video of the room and then he would be able to assess the work. Sent a video that very same morning with a follow up message and have heard absolutely nothing. On the phone Stephen said that he was very busy and I advised that if he did not feel that he would be able to fit us in then that was fine and that we would understand. Stephen then told me that it was fine and that he may be able to do the work over a weekend and to send a video. Very disappointed.

Stephen decorated 3 large rooms in our house. The attention to detail was excellent. Only top quality products were used and we are very pleased with the final result. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a professional decorating job.
