I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mark. He worked in several areas of the house during the job and had everything worked out to dry all at the same time - pretty impressive given the list. He works quickly and efficiently, doing a much better job with less materials than some labourers seem to get through. I needed some specialist paint and Mark was completely transparent on costs, which is commendable. Mark is also selfless with his advice and recommendation on how to fix small things yourself which is an indication of how good he is. And he is tidy! Coffee with no sugar and he gets straight on with the job. Brilliant.
