Bagnalls Painting & Decorating Contractors

I don't rate this company at all! I asked for a quote over one month ago. Kevin had a look around and said quote would be here at end of the week. After many attempts to contact him he still hasn't replied. this is not a reportable company! I would not work with them knowing how unreliable they are! Maybe the job was too difficult? I don't know... they never replied!
