Great Business and always a very professional service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Contracted to do a job on a block of flats and one coach house in sittingbourne kent. External redecoration. 4 weeks worth of work with a cost of £14k. There for a total of 4 days having not completed barely any work and have cleared off leaving the work completed at a very poor standard. Seeking legal advice and shall be reporting to trading standards. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I just felt compelled to write this message to tell you how happy I have been with the standards, co-operation and politeness with Paul and Mark over the past few weeks.

The decoration is looking good and the residents are happy.

I have both Henry and Liam down on site tomorrow where I am sure they will agree with me, when they walk round. I did do my own snagging list yesterday and all those little jobs have been addressed this morning, so hopefully there is nothing for Henry or Liam to find tomorrow.

So thank you once again for a job well done.

First Port Property Management appointed this company to complete work within a leasehold block the work was not completed the to required spec leaving the block un-finished with grain all over the window sills. Misses across the whole block where we have not received the 2 coat spec. Also all the blocks carpets were damaged with paint FM have refused to accept accountability even when the Management company have been chasing since the work was started in March 2020 (delays due to COVID) . Also no awareness of H&S our blocks electrical cupboards were used to store highly flammable equipment. September 2021 the Matter is still not resolved.
