William and Dean were a pleasure to work with. We needed several rooms painted in preparation for selling and KWM's quote was very competitive. Our 4 storey Victorian end of terrace was in need of some TLC such as painting, repointing, replastering, fixing up guttering, etc, and William and his team did an absolutely briliant job. They were friendly, responsive, and really listened to what was needed and delivered above and beyond, communicating at every stage of the process. The price was great value and true to the initial quote. We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

After a terrible experience with a previous firm we engaged KWM property. They rendered the front of our property and painted and we can honestly say we have gone from ugly house to beautiful house. Billy and his team recently painted the outside of our house and we’re very pleased with the quality of their work. Having extended and fully refurbished our property over the last few years, we’ve encountered countless tradespeople - some very good, others not so good - and I’m pleased to say KWM Property are among the best we’ve worked with. They were professional, polite, and clearly take a great deal of pride in their work. Particular thanks go to Dee for his attention to detail on the finishing and snagging towards the end. KWM Property Ltd. has done a fantastic job on the exterior repairs and repainting of our pebble-dashed, detached house.
Billy arrived promptly to assess the works and provided a fully-detailed quote that same evening. His price was competitive and I was impressed with his polite, approachable manner and his “can-do” attitude. He made helpful suggestions regarding the scaffolding which helped to keep the costs down.
The team employed on the job were excellent at their job, always punctual, friendly and unobtrusive.

We used KWM for some internal decorating work. Billy was flexible and accommodating with our requests and timescales, and managed to fit our work in KWM’s busy schedule. Billy provided regular update on progress and dealt with any issues swiftly. The overall quality of the work was very good, and Billy and his team were professional and trustworthy. We will use KWM again.

We hired KMW Property as external painters and decorators for the front and back of our 20s terrace. Billy was great from the moment we contacted him. He gave us a thorough and fair quote and was a fantastic communicator when it came to choosing paints and identifying a dry day when work could commence. He was quick to respond to any questions and once the job was complete he was eager to ensure that all snagging, of which there was very little, was dealt with promptly. The filling and paintwork, which was no easy feat given that we have lots of old timber and pebbledash to contend with, was done to a very high standard and looks fantastic. It is worth noting also that the team really made an effort to tidy up and leave our house and garden as it was when they arrived; they had to come through the house to get to the back, and were very careful with paint and mud and the like. We highly recommend Billy and his very friendly and hardworking team.
