Contacted Nick following him being an approved Dulux decorator. Nick carried out work to a 1 bedroom flat and the work was to a good standard and was able to paint it within a timescale need to finish the flat. Very polite and hardworking.

We used NH Renovations last summer to redecorate the interior of our North London flat. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, work ethic and quality of work of Nick and Callum. Nick's advice on colour schemes for walls and metalwork was well considered and very helpful. The level of care and attention to detail that Nick demonstrated on woodwork was also excellent. The finish achieved on our double-height timber window frames, wooden staircase and stair-rail (which all required extensive sanding down, re-staining and waxing) was of a very high standard and has transformed the look and feel of our flat. Nicholas and NH Renovations have been a godsend to me. No exaggeration. I rent out my small North London flat to tenants via estate agents, but I'm based in California. Whenever any work is needed, my estate agent gets a quote which is always extraorbitant, and off I go hunt on the internet for an alternative. Which due to timezone difference, international calls, and general push back to using email by contractors is stupidly hard. I found Nicholas and asked him to do a painting job on a wall that was damp. In due course, he discovered that my gutter was blocked and overflowing, and that was causing the issue. My estate agent's contractors who were asked for a quote didn't even notice! Nicholas repaired the wall beautifully, was extremely responsive, courteous to my tenants. What a dream. So I asked him for a quote to paint the entire flat if I ever a break in tenant occupation. The quote was super reasonable. A few months later I learnt I'd have a week with the flat being unoccupied. But I'd also need to change my carpets. And I'd need new cupboard doors for my kitchen cabinets...I went back to Nicholas and asked for help. To cut a long story short, he found me a carpet guy, got my irregular cupboard doors made and painted them himself, painted the flat. It was all done in less than a week. At no point was I stressed, or had to worry about anything to do with my flat or tenants. This kind of peace of mind is priceless. Nicholas will forever be my go-to guy for all things painting and renovating. I genuinely could not recommend him enough!

I used NH renovations to decorate my entire flat in a very short period of time before Christmas and I couldn’t be happier with the results. All the work was finished to an extremely high standard and Nick and his team were very versatile and patient when working around other work going on in the flat.

Furthermore, as a first time buyer, Nick was a great help to me in general from advising on flooring solutions and window fittings to putting me in contact with both an electrician and a gas engineer. I believe he went above and beyond throughout my renovation to process to make the experience as stress free as possible. He has remained in contact after the finishing the work and has since returned to help out with additional work. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Nick was an absolute find. I needed a painter and decorator to make good settlement damage caused to my flat due to my downstairs neighbour’s renovation works. Let down by a number of other painter and decorators who came round to quote and then no follow up, left high and dry by Paul McKee at Paint Fresh (avoid at all costs.... he will accept a job then let you down halfway through without completing the job), l finally found Nick. Nick came round to quote, instantly gave me confidence as he really knows his stuff. Keen to have the work completed asap, Nick was able to shuffle some other work around and start the following week.

I am delighted with the quality of Nick’s work, finished to a very high standard, great attention to detail. My kitchen, dining and living rooms, hallway and stairwell have been returned to pre-downstairs work condition with no trace of any damage, thank you Nick! l have no hesitation in recommending Nick to others, a professional you can really trust.

Nick was efficient, fast, organised, well priced and high quality workmanship. Anything unexpected that arose in the renovation he sent me a photo and several solutions with prices.
