We hired John to paint our living room and he did a fantastic job. John arrived on time and the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy after too. He was very competitively priced and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him to carry out more painting. We have infact asked him to paint the remainder of our rooms as we were so impressed with his work.

JT Finishers recently decorated my Hall way & Landing, we had a mess of a decoration job prior & John within a really good time scale done the lot topto bottom! With a fantastic finish.. me & my wife are really happy.

John, further to you walking off our project today with only 1-2 days left to completion, it would be appreciated if you could get in touch so that we can gain reasoning for your action. As you know we have been happy with your service up to this morning, but your arrival and unannounced collection of materials and equipment followed by your departure has left us somewhat in the dark currently with no explanation. Furthermore, we are unable to get in contact with you as no calls or messages are being taken. We'll keen to understanding the situation so both parties can move forward.

Post Update. John, Further to you reply. Your action today I don't believe is justified. We received your interim invoice on Friday and it was paid within 24 hours. I don't believe this is unreasonable. What is unreasonable is arriving this morning saying Hello, collecting your things, leaving with no explanation and then not being contactable, leaving us to use this platform to attempt to engage with you. I would still welcome a conversation tomorrow to resolve the matter and understand the real reason for your actions.
