Cault one of there men with the van stealing water down powell garden in newhaven east sussex at 10.30pm. Been down here 3 times. same time each night. He is miles away from his base. He is based near margate. Miles away. So y come all this way. Its abit fishy. The police where called then the driver drove off. The police have the reg. Just hope the van is not cloned. Don't trust this stealing company if it is them
