it is a pleasure to provide a reference for the work that you carried out on my property in September, 2016. This was a significant exterior decoration job, involving painting the entire exterior of the house, including masonry and woodwork.

I Choose you to do the work for two reasons; i) your quote for the work was competitive , ii) as important, because of your wealth of experience you had an expert understanding of the job (which given the "heritage" nature of the existing paint was quite complex). The actual work was carried out efficiently, thoroughly and neatly, and to the specifications agreed in the quote.You made every effort to keep me informed as to the progress of the job , and cleared with me any little issues that arose. The bill when it arrived was exactly as i expected from your original quote.

I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone he give me a appointment this morning and he didn’t even bothered to call me back to cancel so I had to go all the way there to find out he can’t make it today and he ask me to send him the details via email not a professional for sure (waste man)
