Fantastic painter and decorator, very professional and polite! She came and did a free quote and offered advise on colours for a room we were unsure on.

She sent us through the quote promptly and at no time did we feel pressured to take the quote which is a relief compared to some other decorators.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Kate took the time to come and give me a quote for each room, asking relevant questions and answering my (many) questions in layman's terms without being at all patronising (an issue I've had with other traders).

Kate managed to fit in the work before a deadline I had, and arrived promptly on the two days she was here. She did exactly what she said she'd do, when she said she'd do it. The finished result was good and she took the time to touch up any little spots that we saw weren't quite right when the paint had dried.

Kate provides an truly excellent service. She is very thoughtful, attentive and considered when viewing to make a quote; she listens and thoroughly takes in what needs to be done and the desire of the property owner. Her quotes are detailed and painstaking, it is clear she is a real and highly trained professional who is concerned with using the best, most suitable preparation and decorating techniques from a broad and rich repetoire of skills. Her approach is focused and very hard working, she turns up on time and spends as much time as she needs to to do a proper job. She has a lovely, unassuming, polite, warm, kind manner and is a pleasure to have in the house. She respects ones property and leaves no mess. I would say the words high quality, trustworthy, talented, specialist, helpful and outstanding sum her up. I had had a very bad experience with a previous decorator who was a real cowboy yet charged more or less the same as Kate. Kate demonstrated to me that there are supremely well trained, caring decorators who do their very best, (and that best is exceptional) for their customers. Extremely pleased. I highly recommend her.
