We used IAR to paint ageing oak kitchen units in a navy blue colour as part of a full refurb. We are delighted with the results and the professional standard of the work means that the grain in the wood is still clear to see. The saying ‘you get what pay for’ couldn’t be more accurate. Having a professional in may cost a little more than an amateur but wow it was money well spent. My kitchen looks like it is brand new and you would not know it has been painted.
Ian degreased it, cleaned it, primed it and applied 2/3 coats which is labour intensive but the result is then incredible. Ian preps the work area and then clears up after.
You will not regret using Ian. Best in class! honestly he is one of the nicest workmen I've met!!
