Enjoy a delicious brunch menu featuring seasonal ingredients in this relaxing neighbourhood restaurant, they also serve lunch, dinner and everything in between. We enjoyed brunch which was very good, the food is super tasty. Would definitely go back again. Seemed like a hang out spot for mums with kids, couples with kids so good place to check out if you have young ones.

We wanted to show some friends what a Sunday roast was and wow.. So disappointed. Staff and music were okay but for the rest... so overpriced for the quality and quantity. Really didn’t like the pork, the cocktail was just okay. We had to wait nearly an hour to get our food.. Pancakes for dessert were good. I don’t recommend. There’s way better places in Peckham for less money. Will definitely not go back.

First post-Covid dinner visit to Pedler and although things slightly different - less variety and more on the snack and nibbles side - was still delicious. Great choice of wines and cocktails as ever. We had Waldorf salad and smoked cheese, cheese toasties and delicious tiramisu and chocolate brownie ice cream. Pared back menu but felt very safe and spaced out with all necessary precautions taken.

It’s taken me a while to do this but when I first reached the restaurant, everything was fine. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there. As the food was brought out for my friend and I, two things occurred. We very clearly explained she had food allergies and she was brought a dish that did. It adhere to this- very dangerous. The dish was replaced and then I later spotted a massive hair in my dish- I wanted to be sick. After the food allergy mistake and massive hair issue in my plate, the energy of the staff changed- they were no longer attentive or friendly and were distant and despondent or (maybe stoic is a better word to use) to any communication from us- none the less, the shift in behaviour was very vast from what we entered to and actually made us even want to give this place ago. Were we offered anything discounted or free- no. Instead I was charged full price for my long grey haired meal and my friend was charged for her attempted murder starter. Was disappointing but the most disappointing thing was THEIR reaction when we were the ones who were given the poor food- it was just sprinkled with poor service on top.

A total gem! Visited here at the weekend without a reservation and we were given a table downstairs. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is great. We had the dumplings, shortrib, katsu fried and duck pancakes. All delightful! There Viogner is also top notch. Can't wait to return.

I am a big fan of pancakes, and this restaurant certainly delivers a wonderful and tasty option. The restaurant has Asian influences and even serves the Japanese pancake Okonomiyaki (which I will definitely need to try later).

Nice food nice atmosphere and a fun restaurant. I thought the music was fun – although if you’re not a fan of 70s and disco it’s likely to get a bit grating after a while.
Good range of cocktails and interesting variations of cocktails.
The food was good – especially the peanut butter tofu buns and katsu fries. Delicious.
I’m naughty banana split desert went down well too.

Came here on a quiet Saturday morning for brunch. On arrival, the upstairs decor is GORGEOUS, and the service is friendly and attentive, when needed.

Being a fellow Japan fan, I tried their okonomiyaki. My friends tried the avocado smash and full English breakfasts... the latter two were great versions of the classic brekkies, so much that I wished I'd ordered the full English instead.

My okonomiyaki was sadly uninspiring for the price point (£16). The batter was tasty enough, which was a good mix of seasoning, cabbage and "THAT sauce" (I assume they're referring to okonomiyaki sauce on the menu, funny!). But I was surprised and disappointed with the lack of toppings! This let the whole dish down, in terms of flavour. My previous experiences at Abeno, and even Kanpai up the road in Peckham, have been sooooo much more flavourful okonomiyaki-wise, and they charge around the same price, if not cheaper.

Anyway, fair play to this amazing place round the corner, I would definitely be willing to try them again. But I think the Okonomiyaki needs a good boost to make that £16 worth it. For what it was, £10-12 is just about acceptable.

Great Asian-inspired decor, shame the food doesn't live up to that level (so far!) I'll be back to try their other dishes, as their service was great.

(Just as a side note, I also make okonomiyaki at home, and add THAT sauce and the kewpie mayo, but also katsuoboshi fish flakes (salt) and bacon strips (more salt) on top. So maybe that is just the kind of flavour I'm used to. Saying that, the fish flakes are a SIGNATURE okonomiyaki topping, so perhaps that is all Peddler's version was sadly missing. Why, though, is a mystery!)
