This restaurant was good. Tables didn't wobble and prices were normal. Very good selection of food.

Love The Pancake House, definitely one of our ‘musts’ for each visit. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is the waiter we had was rather rude, didn’t make any conversation and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Apart from that, the pancakes were amazing (as usual). I had the full English and my wife had the Mexican, would recommend both

Kids Menu New York Stack was ok. Small and large All Day breakfast pancakes were not good. The bacon, egg and other fillings were cooked but the pancake itself was undercooked. Uncooked batter in places and the pancakes were stodgy overall. Service was poor. Table was dirty as was the drinks menu (smeared in chocolate sauce). On the whole it was a largely disappointing meal. It’s likely unusual as the venue was busy and it does get good reviews. Sadly we didn’t experience a good visit today.

Really good pancakes with a hefty amount of topping and relatively quick and attentive service. Nice decor too.

Could probably branch out the selection a little to include some more diverse options, but if you want pancakes with a load of sugary goodness and cream, then you’ll have a good time.

Below average food in taste and presentation (we mainly had the savoury options), and for what you get it’s frankly too expensive (and we got charged a surcharge of 7.5% for what ever reason - on a regular Sunday). However, it’s probably a good place for kids, and perhaps we should have tried the sweet options.
The staff tried their best and were kind, but what can you do when working on a sinking ship?
Sorry, can’t recommend it.

Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Not very happy with surcharge applied as standard as some people will feel obligated to leave it there against their will. Also had to chase the staff for the bill as we seemed to have been forgotten about.

Booked a table on Sunday just before closing and was seated quickly. We decided to have hot chocolate drinks before our meal and ordered a variety of pancakes. I decided to have the regular breakfast pancake which is savoury rather than sweet and I really enjoyed it. I was surprised to find that it was very filling (for me anyway). A nice surprise was we were offered replacement drinks for free as we had finished the original drinks before the food arrived - that was a nice touch.

If you love Pancakes, then The Pancake House is absolutely for you.

We came here on the 2nd day of a our stay. There was 6 adults and one 9 month old.

Lots and lots of choices, menu is vast.
Myself and the wife opted for all day breakfast on a pancake, banoffee waffle and a chocolate pancake stack.

All 3 dishes was great, I'm assured that what the family also ordered was up to scratch.

Only downsides were the prices, which were to be expected and the ridiculous app you had to order from. It was the only one that failed constantly when trying to order. In all the other restaurants it was fine, for whatever reason, it wasn't playing ball here. In the end, a waitress took our order.

4*.
