This pancake house has a reputation heard for miles so had to check it out.
Wasn't dissapointed, this is a great place to visit. I was on holiday, this was miles out from where I stayed but it was worth it.
Plenty of parking out front. Lovely walk through the water gardens and finally onto the pancakes. Service was great, staff were friendly, lots of choice on the menu, pancakes arrived quickly. All good stuff. Price was a bit steep when you consider its only pancakes. The experience was worth it 👌🏻

I guess it is personal taste and what you choose but I did not enjoy my pancake. My son enjoyed his huge ice-cream sundae. The staff are absolutely lovely . So friendly and attentive. It is nice strolling round the nature trail and looking round the aquarium.

Hidden Gem !!!
Arrived today ( on Saturday around 2 ish ) and lots of table were reserved. Staffs were super friendly and managed to get us a table. Plenty of choices to order. We ordered ham, cheese & mushroom pancake and Indonesian pancake, both in medium size. Very good portion size and reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

Awesome place, been going here since I was very young, they do some lovely food and have a large animal park you can walk around with the kids.
Only downside is, is that most if the animals aren't there anymore. But still a great place for the kids.

Stick to American pancakes, bacon and syrup in future.
The empathise is obviously on profit over customer satisfaction...
Very small bits if bacon, very small syrup.
Pancakes tasted like packet mix that wasn't mixed properly.
Not very welcoming, obviously its one of them places they don't like English people but will take the money...
Tried it, one for my not to go again list..

Hidden gem for pancake lovers.Always a regular trip for our family and on point with a amazing choice of savoury & sweet pancakes catering for the smallest of appetite to the larger. Very friendly staff, the Australian lady that looked after us was lovely and chatty. We always make sure we book in advance.A must visit if your near Conwy.

We were staying at the local campsite and had decided to visit the Dutch Pancake House. We could only go on the Wednesday as it was closed on Monday and Tuesday. I knew this from the website. What I didn't know is that we had to book a table as this is not mentioned. However, one of our fellow campers told us, so we did ring and book before we got there. After a walk round the water gardens, which was OK considering it was free to get in (you don't get much for free these days) we went for our Pancakes. We were served with our drinks straight away so by the time our pancakes came we had already finished our drinks. Ideally, the drinks should come with the meal, not 20 minutes before it. We all had a large Welsh Beauty which was delicious. I do think that they need to get rid of the stupid booking system though. While we were sat there waiting, there were eight empty tables and yet they were turning people away! However, we will definitely visit there again as we really enjoyed the pancakes.
