Wilton Park & Ride

The car park itself is large. It needs a good deal of grass cutting as most grass areas were overgrown and blocking your views of the roads. The bus into Salisbury was about 10mins late and driven by a very uncommunicative driver. The bus itself was noisy, bumpy and not very comfortable. It dropped us in Salisbury about 15mins later. There are a number of stops in the centre and outskirts which are well signposted as Park and Ride service PR3. It cost £2 each return so that was good value and saved me searching for a car park in Salisbury.

Very good for shopping and sightseeing in Salisbury, but I hope that the bus runs more often, there's Disabled space and wheelchair users

Good facility in principle but the day we went, the wcs in the men's and disabled were in a disgusting state. The men's wc was not flushing so you can imagine what it was like. The disabled toilet just needed a good clean. Don't know how often they are inspected as I couldn't see an inspection roster.

Easy access, free to park. 15 minute journey to centre of Salisbury. Half hourly buses. Car park a little cofusing at first with poor directional signage. Public toilets.

Plenty of parking space and still free at time of writing.

Bus service into Salisbury centre is currently poor - maybe one every half hour

No cheaper than parking in the city when you are two people, bus only every half hour on Saturday, and return bus didn't even arrive. How do they expect people to use this instead of driving when it is such a poor alternative?

Wilton park and ride has a large car park which is definitely quiet at the weekends. Plenty of room to park. Toilets located in the waiting room. Buses are around every 20-30 minutes, easy to pay for bus fair (cash, card or app) , we used a return group fair which was £4 , this covers up to 4 people including the parking, this is vey good value. 15-20 minutes to the city centre.

Parked up and bussed in.
Very relaxing.
No..in town driving hassles.
Pedestrians all over.
