St George's Park

The out there festival was brilliant as always. Loved the different variety of acts

The lights look great worth a walk after dark. Nice to see something different on the market. It's better than the swimming pool come ice ring. Make the best of what you can to get feeling festive. Happy Christmas

Lovely clean park in the centre of town. Great children's play area.

I really do like town parks and the unique character they place on display. At George’s Park comes complete with kids playground, multiple benches for picnics, a band stand (presumably for bands), a well kept war memorial and plenty of green space for people to enjoy. What’s more, local artists/sculptures have stamped their identity onto the space with unique designs. I particularly liked the sea themed arches that gave entry to the park.

Nice selection of kiddies equipment and plenty of seats so you can wait until they have tired themselves out. The park is very nice, enough space to have a peaceful afternoon snoozing.

Great meeting place. Playground for children. Dog friendly.
