Nuttall car park

Peaceful pleasant environment, space to cycle or stroll around, your choice. Various stopping points for children on your way around, climbing rocks, balance beams etc. Extensive grassy areas for children or adults to run around on, play football or just sit and relax. Other amenities include tennis courts, outdoor gym and picnic areas. A river runs alongside the park and children do paddle in it on hot days. Great, enclosed, childrens play area. A lovely family afternoon.

Its a shame that any of the facilities weren't open. Lots of families taking advantage of the fresh winter air with no toilets or drinks available.
The car park was busy with only a few antisocial drivers abandoning cars in non-parking areas.
Nice to have the outdoor exercise machines would be good fun in non-covid times.

I'd prefer a bigger car park but we squeezed on. They need a proper spot for ice cream van to stop people queuing where we are trying to drive through.

Brilliant park, loads of space for kids to run around, big playground, toilets and a little cafe. The cafe only sells crisps and chocolate bars and drinks. Always ice cream van on site. My granddaughter loves it

Love it here take my mum who is ninety , lots of benches for her to sit on, plus great for kids,band dog walkers

As always my Grandsons (identical twins) love the place. They love the swings,the field to play football on and the Irwell River (I think) to skim stones on and float sticks on.

The newly tarmaced road made it much more accessible.

Excellent clean tidy. All equipment in children's play area working. Excellent park would come here again.
