It's a park, and kids literally have nothing else to do up here. I hung out there when I was a teenager. Stop stating the obvious, and maybe write a useful review?

A nice and relatively well kept public space, mainly used by dog walkers, groups of young people and families having a kick about or using the playground. Lots of open area and room.
