Barrowford Memorial Park

Great day out, the festival was on with live music, food stalls and drinks and beer tent.

Nice Park, and good for dog walkers. Plenty of open grass for dogs to run around. Lots of other friendly dogs walkers. There is an enclosed play area for children 'no dogs allowed' which is good. Lot's of different things in their for children to play on. Path along the side of the river. Lots of access to the river for dogs. The Path leads to the steve burk sports hub. Where there are football pitches and cricket fields. There is also a large lake where the ducks congregate. Next to that is a bowels pitch. The heritage centre is also there. Lots of interesting information about the area. And most importantly there is a lovely cafe, with excellent food and coffee.

A lovely park with safe play areas for under 16. Separate play area for younger children. Plenty of green space for picnic and games. Duck pond.

Barrowford is a special place with such a beautiful park.
The flowers all around are always truly stunning making it a pleasure to visit.

Love walking round this park. Only downside on our last visit was a dog off lead that fought with our dog. People should have full control of any off lead dog.

Excellent local park and a gorgeous dog walk for the shorter walks. Not much to visit but if you are travelling then the Heritage Centre is a lovely place for lunch when it's open

Lovely park with a beautiful layout. Nice play area for the kids and everyone was generally polite social distancing and taking turns to play on the different items in the play area. Sat by the lake and had a little picnic. It was a lovely afternoon for all the family.
