Springfield Park

Great place to exercise your dog. We use this around twice a day for our dogs and have met plenty of friendly people and dogs of course. There is a couple of play areas for kids near to the entrance. If your dog gets thirsty from all that playing, there is a little brook that flows down one side of the field. Ideal for a quick drink or a cool down splash.

Great park for Dogs, pretty well enclosed all the way round apart from railings at the road end. Take our puppy daily and was the first place she was able to walk off lead. Everyone pleasent and all dogs well behaved.

Nice place to take the dogs for a walk, the new updated park is good for children

Great Park for everyone. My kids love it. Also nice to have a picnic, play ball or take the dog for a walk. New updated play area is well enjoyed. Could do with more seats but other than that it's great fun

Nice playground and great open solace for the dogs

Lovely size place to walk the dog and let her off her lead. There is a play area for children and this is fenced so the dogs cannot get in to foul. It looked like most people pick up their dogs mess here. Although there are poo bins at each end of the park, it would be nice if thee were so bins along the sides. But this is only a minor issue as, being a dog owner, carrying their poo bags is a chore to be indured.
There are houses surrounding the park which make it more secure.
When the sun is out it is a lovely sun trap. 🌞

Lots of open space. Great place to walk dogs. Only one football goal for kids. Could do with football area marking out. Gap in fence so smaller dogs might escape.

It is quite nice for young children 😜
