Lovely place to unwind after a busy day or to take the kids for a stroll.Has a playground but would not recommend for younger kids.

A lovely little slice of nature smack bang in the middle of a busy shopping area. Great for those who get overwhelmed by noise and people. Lovely virtually tame squirrels. Great cafe. Which is a little pricey but if you wanna treat yourself it's good. Some vegan choices too! It's quiet considering there's a great wooden park for kids inside it. Few spots where people play football but they tend to be respectful if you wanna walk by. Toilets are too far away and there's a sainsburys on the corner if you want snacks for the park. Nice choice of shady spots and sunny ones. The birds to see in the center are nice but myself and a few others miss the variety of animals they used to have including the guinea pigs they were a huge attraction for the kids feeding them. Shame

Great little park with a great little cafe, short walk from Naval memorial and shopping centre.

What a great space. Real community feel to the place. The cafe is excellent and the whole place is kept well and lots of children's things to do.

Love this place. A complete escape from crazy city life. Large variety of plants, flowers and trees. Enjoy watching the animals too! The cafe has amazing food!! As most local residents live in flats, this park is the garden of your dreams.

Beautiful quiet place to sit on a bench and unwind, or walk around. You can often see squirrels around. The park is well kept, clean and in proximity to the city center. It also has an aviary with peacocks and some weird-looking chicken, which I found funny.

A very good park. Decent size aswell. The nearby buildings are impressive and attractive and the park itself as a good atmosphere.
