Lovely chilled park nice trees very old park. Nice kept grass. Great for relaxing and letting kids run around. Pity the pond seem to be going backwards water turning black. Otherwise all good for a picnic or just relax.

It's nice park to walk around, if you want to feed the ducks and birds. Kids can do cycling but not much to do. No rides and slides. I think good for adults. Kids get bored quickly.

Lovely park, completely free of litter. Great place to spend a couple of hours, or more. Large ponds, ducks, coots, squirrels, specimen trees, well planted borders. Mostly hard paths, suitable for wheelchairs, no steep hills. Some beautiful wood carvings. Dog & picnic friendly, Downsides: No obvious toilets, playgrounds or refreshments, car park was closed at the time of my visit on a Saturday afternoon in late October. Despite these minor annoyances, certainly worth a visit.

Herschel Park is a pretty place to relax and picnic: it is nog only is it a park but also a nature reserve with well tended pretty foliage and a pond frequented by ducks and the occasional heron. The scenic views are really nice and can enjoy the time being there. If you want a short picnic and good time then one of the choice to give a treat to the eyes with greeneries.

Its nice lovely park ok the way towards Windsor.

It has a briged and small lake type area which is really nice and you will see Ducks swimming inside.

Nice view in the afternoon when Sun is there in the Sky...

Overall a great place to walk and talk.

There are two distinctly different sections to this park. The North Side is the original park dating back to Victorian times and is beautifully designed and looked after with attactive flower borders/beds together with winding paths, a small lake and some important trees. This part of the park covers 7.8 acres.
The South Side of the park, added in 1982 is a complete contrast. A further 11.3 acres it has been left as a wild natural nature reserve. The area extends right the way down to the motorway.
There is a small car park just off the Datchet Road which can take about 8 to 10 cars. Note that this car park is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm or dusk whichever is sooner. If your car is locked in, it won't be accessible until 8.00am the following day.

Love this little park. The ponds are lovely. It is always well taken care of. Well manicured lawns, always clean. Well hidden so not many people at any given time. Nice to jog or chill out.

A lovely park in Slough. Perfect for picnics, walks or just a quick ball game. There's also a small duck pond where you can feed the ducks
