Great architecture I think it used to be a mental hospital. The area is haunted by the wretched souls of the damned. These ghouls are tormented to walk the earth until they can barter their way into Heaven or Hell.

There is also a children's play area.

Looks nice from the road never been in or know what it's about but its Gloucester heritage well preserves. Like jam or marmalade sweet sticky and nice in porridge

First time I've been here it was late in afternoon as my friends grand children still had energy and it was quiet .only a handful of kids were there only down side was although there's a small car park the gates was locked so had to park in lane . There's a basketball court and football field which is good👍

Small but pleasant park and play area.

Situated in what used to be the extensive grounds of the Coney Hill Hospital. The Clock Tower opposite, after which the park is named, is all that remains of the clinical buildings.

Nice flat playing fields for both rugby and football with a small play area in one corner.

More a place to visit on the way somewhere rather than a destination in its own right. OK for a kick about or a quick wander round with the dog though keep it on a lead near the play area.

Me and my friend regularly walk round Abbeymead and always end up walking past the Clock Tower. Its a lovely walk in the summer would highly recommend. There is also a Park opposite the Clock tower and many shortcuts through to the housing estate behind.

The tennis courts are a real asset, but bring a stiff broom. The overhead trees mean that you need to remove twigs and leaf mold before you can safety play.
