This is a truly fantastic place to stop for a little blaze up by the water.

I was here with my GF and the dog last night and the activity on the water was amazing.

Fish where jumping up out of the water and splashing about on the surface, I presume they were catching flies/moths etc, as were the bats soaring above our heads. There were a number of different types of ducks also swimming around having a great time.

Around the bank there are several trees as you can see in the reflection in the photo Ive posted here. In those trees are little squirrels running about, and down along the ground we kept seeing little sweet rats running about sneaking between the ground cover/grasses and weeds.

There are plenty of benches so grab yourself a baggie or a few tinnies and enjoy the night or day, remember there are bins dotted about. Its devistating to see these poor little creatures having to live in a dump.

Clean pond with clearly visible fish. In time it would be nice to see more pond life like frogs, toads and newts. Water flowers like lillie's and iris's would also enhance its charm too.

I live right in front of the pond and walk through it daily. Recently, the community has complete disregard for the wooded area, leaving bottles scattered along the path and litter left around the seating area.
