I've been going to this park for morning walks with my son. Lovely lap all the way around the edge of the park where you can walk a few KM and feel for moment like you are not in London. Tall trees and woodland, lots of sensible dog walkers about. Some dogs on lead, others not but all very pleasant.

This park is amazing! Really enjoy every aspect of it. You have:
Lots of deep and thick woodland to explore and feel at one with nature in.
A clean and open play area for children which has apparatus I had never even seen before! Lots of fun to be had.
Lovely views of the Thames.
Steep hills! Be warned of steps and really steep slopes, especially coming from North Heath side. Erith side is easy to enter.
Top marks!

Great playground for kids. There are shops just down the road from the kids playground for refreshment. There is an amazing looking tree, like it is straight out of the movie. The walk around the woods provide shades and the walk is very pleasant. We started from Erith pier, it is only a short walk to there.

My husband has lost his leather wallet last week. If anyone has got it. Can you please returned it to Bexleyheath police station or to our home address? That's would be a nice gesture before Christmas. Thank you so much in advance.
