Belle Isle Park

Great surrounding location for dog walking, but not in the park itself, I don't think that you allowed to do anything in this park at all. In fact locally I have heard tell that it is known as the 'no no' park as the signs show so many prohibited activities :). But it is a beautiful area.

A hidden gem of a place, although you're not allowed pushbikes in there. Great place to chill out though.

Lovely area a short walk down the Exe river from The Quay. Beautiful flora and fauna along the route and historic buildings.

This is a quiet park, supposedly dog free (although I have nearly stepped in the evidence to the contrary) and a great place to practice yoga, excercise or relax with a book near the river.

Loved this Park.... first time I visited it and came across it by accident, when walking the area.. It is FABULOUS.. plenty of open spaces and benches to ' soak up the atmosphere '... very idyllic place just to chill and enjoy nature...

Belle Isle Park was clean and tidy, with plenty of birds flitting between the river and the trees. I had a lovely picnic with my family, and we took our rubbish home with us. Lovely place to enjoy a nice sunny day, as it rarely gets very busy.

Love it. It so beautiful. Love to walk down there. When I am feeling vary down. I feel lone I tried to get my self up and go out. That were I go. Us my son Dominic 🙏 is vary near there he in the premetream. He near the little river. Were we but his ashis. Sorry if you can't understand some off it us my spelling his not vary good good. It beautiful place.

Lovely and quiet, yet close to the city. Benches in the sun and the shade, and plenty of grass for picnics.
