Sandridge Scout Hut

It's a scout hut

It has a handy car park. Useful for pulling into and turning round when you realise you're going the wrong way up Sandpit Lane.

Sometimes, in early evenings, I have spotted groups of boys gathered round a fire in the aforementioned car park, probably forming their own primitive religion, maybe burning evidence. Consequently I choose not to use the car park to turn round at those times, in the event it's a trap of some sort, which I strongly suspect it is.

Be careful.

Lovely place go up there regularly on a bike ride and just chill

Walked through the magical bluebell woods

Good community

Lovely woodlands area which a number of walking paths. We explored one of the paths which included an area with Bluebells however, these only blossom in spring.

Close by was a Disney curated area with animal Wood carvings.

Plenty of parking on site
