Nice to take a little stroll through. There isn't much to the childrens play area. They have little events here from time to time which is nice. People walk their dogs here, if you are visiting and you have children bear that in mind, not that the dogs are an issue, it more about the bad reaction of people if a dog approaches and tries to be friendly.

Lamp post fell over and the gate is a bit stuck at the moment but it is still a nice place

Can't believe people are leaving negative reviews comparing what it used to be like with now, the size or people's reactions to dogs?! The size is adequate for the local community, not huge by any means but the clue is in the name of place! There are parks over 10 minutes walk away if you are looking for bigger areas in Goose Green and Peckham Rye parks. I mean, you could increase the size by knocking down a few houses and closing the railway line and roads but i don't think that will go down too well. The park is at a slight gradient with two entrances, one at the top and another at the bottom. There is a tarmac area for playing basketball and a fenced area with a five a side football tarmac pitch with goals with nets. There are two table tennis tables next to it. There's a playground with 2 baby swings and 2 older children swings, a see-saw, 2 hop on bouncy machines, a slide with small climbing frame and a swing you can lie on. Great park for what it provides.

Pleasant little garden, nice size playground for smaller children and enough space for a picnic on the grass! Goal posts and basketball nets on the other side!

It's a good way to walk and avoid the roads, but it comes nowhere near Brockwell or Ruskin Parks.

Visited the swing park with my little one and she loved it, nice and clean and well kept. Lots there the keep her busy for a while. Good for little ones up to age 5/6 at the most I reckon.
