Great view if you like to take pictures of buildings in the city and a great place to relax if you don't mind seeing people around who are also taking time out to feel the breeze.

Large piece of grass on the hill with fantastic views of Central London and Canary Wharf. Although, it's a bit uneven, so not suitable for football, it's a perfect place for a picnic on a sunny day. As it's not really well known, it doesn't get crowded like other parks in the area.

It has become a lot more popular with sun bathers lately and it is a lot cleaner than a few years ago. Not many children as there's no playground. Dog walkers seems to clean up after their dogs.

It's a fairly small park frequented by dog walkers. Very handy for locals but tucked away behind houses. The footpath is quite well lit at night. Unfortunately youths gather there at night to party.

This "Meadow" contains the hill which Millwall fans could stand on and see down into the old Den football ground in Cold Blow Lane (now a housing estate), and watch a sell-out game for free (though you couldn't see the whole pitch, especially after the giant scoreboard was added). I often look at that hill in the Meadow and imagine the old Den down below: I can still hear the famous "Lion's Roar" coming from 20,000 plus fans watching Liverpool or West Ham play Millwall back in 1988-1991. See the "Meadow" in the background of this picture of the old Den. Plus picture of fans watching game while standing in the Meadow looking down into The Den!

I am very please that i lived near this open field; My dogs love & i love coming here. We also done a Easter Egg hunt for all the children at JWC. ( John Williams Close) and it’s been the most unforgettable EASTER EGG HUNT ever.!’

Another gorgeous mound in the middle of South East London, is actually my very first time here as I didn't realise it was even here, I'll definitely be back and I believe it's quite close to where the long run has been.
