Rothamsted Play Area

Better for kids over 4 in my opinion but definitely enough for all ages. The best part, through, is the tennis courts, football pitches and huge fields right next to it. So there really is something here for everyone.

Lovely park with recently renewed children's play area. Lots to keep the kids occupied with lovely walks for the adults.

Great Park and Play area for kids to run around in ! Nice tree lined path through the area.

Great playground - separate sections for different age groups. Nephew loved playing there today.

Update for August 2021
The brand new playground is fantastic and a brilliant job has been done by the council and PARC in fundraising for it. Great range of equipment, suitable for different ages in different areas. The toddler area is separately fenced and everything is independently accessible to small people. New accessible swing. Lovely woodland animal theme. Excellent all weather surface. Fabulous job. We love it!

Could be lovely but as of April 2021 the equipment is old, broken and needs replacing. Very muddy in wet winters. Hoping the fundraising campaign has raised enough for new equipment and to replace some of the grass with all weather surfaces.

Lovely play area. Has been quite busy the times we’ve been.

A few areas of rust on the equipment already which is a bit disappointing after only a few months.
